Throatefficient Scalp Consult

Four plain steps

From your request to a conversation with a provider

Here is each step, what happens to your details, and where the decisions stay with you.

How a request turns into a consultation

There are four steps. You stay in control of all of them.

  1. Fill in the form on the request page and tick the consent box so the provider may contact you.
  2. We pass the details you entered to a hair and scalp provider near Austin.
  3. The provider contacts you. If the timing is wrong, you can tell them so and pick another time.
  4. You attend the consultation. A licensed provider explains what they suggest and why, and you decide whether to go ahead.

No booking, no obligation

Sending a request does not book an appointment or sign you up for anything. It lets a provider near Austin know you would like to talk. After they contact you, everything is your call: whether to have a consultation, when, and what to do afterward.

If a provider pushes you to commit before you feel ready, it is fine to say no, or to ask for information in writing to read at home.

Keeping your request private

Hair and scalp concerns can feel personal. You do not have to describe your health history in the form. A sentence about what you have noticed is enough for a provider to know why you are getting in touch, and you can say more at the consultation if you choose.

The details you enter are passed to the provider near Austin who follows up with you. The privacy page explains how they are handled and how to withdraw your request or ask for your details to be deleted.

Share only what you are comfortable sharing. A local provider decides what is suitable at a consultation.
